Russell was spotted at the recent NBA Summer League wearing Rolex’s most buzzworthy release of 2022 – the GMT-Master II “Sprite.”

The “Sprite” (ref 126720 VTNR) got the watch world talking not just because it had a new green-black combination for the Cerachrom bezel – a first for the GMT Master line – but also because the crown, crown guards, and Cyclops date window are placed on the left side of the case. In 2014, Russell was named brand ambassador of Zenith. The partnership made way for a limited edition timepiece named Pilot Montre d’Aéronef Type 20 Annual Calendar Tribute to Russell Westbrook.

A sporty take on the classic Zenith Pilot’s watch, this bold timepiece boasts of a 48mm stainless steel case and a bright blue dial and alligator strap. The orange Russell Westbrook official logo, small seconds hand, and central chronograph hand provide striking contrast, while large Arabic numerals with SuperLuminova SLN C1 lume offer better reading of the dial.
