When fully released from the locking threads, the crown will pop out into position 1.<\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 40px;\">3. Rotate the crown clockwise a goof 25-30 times. Gently push the crown back into the case and screw it back into the locked position clockwise.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">You can turn it clockwise until you feel resistance on your hand. You will then feel an increase in tension as the mainspring starts winding so that it can power your movement for up to 48 hours without any help from human hands. Don&#8217;t worry about over-winding or damaging your watch!
