The Rolex President Day-Date has achieved mythical status as the watch of leaders and powerful men. As a vintage ad for the watch said, it is “worn by men who guide the destinies of the world.”
This reputation may have boxed the President into a watch for older, accomplished people, but we’re seeing more of it on the wrists of hip, happening, and younger people today.
