The dial of this watch features a guilloché inner medallion that narrows from a defined grid of clous de Paris to a fine-shaded gradient as it reaches the center. For his guesting on The David Letterman Show, rapper Jay-Z put on a rare white gold Patek Philippe World Time Complications. This edition comes with a blue cloisonné enamel dial that displays an Art Deco metal relief of the New York skyline. Limited to nine pieces only, the watch also features white gold hands and indices and a blue alligator leather strap that gives the watch a cool and contemporary feel.

Kyle Kuzma (White Gold, Gray Center Dial)

Kyle Kuzma, who likes his watches classic but with a twist, also keeps a white gold World Time Complications in his watch box. In an interview with GQ, he named this timepiece as one of the things he can’t live without. Kyle’s choice model measures about 39.5mm and combines the understated precious metal with a charcoal gray hand-guilloche pattern dial.
