Everyone was very nice and helpful throughout the buying process. I worked with Tim and Jason. I ordered a watch originally and prior to shipping Jason gave me a call just to make sure I knew that the face was on the smaller side. I ended up changing my order and I thought that was nice of him to give me a heads up. Once I received it, I realized that it was still too small so I returned it and exchanged for a larger watch. The returns process is pretty simple and as soon as you send proof of return shipping they will reserve the one you want. Thanks everyone who helped me!
