Great experience purchasing from SWE. Was able to set up a time to FaceTime view two watches (Rolex Explorer 36mm) and Justin our sales associate was very transparent about differences in condition and pricing. Price for the watch was reasonable relative to other dealers. He was also very helpful in discussing the warranty policy and payment options / details. SWE has a good policy in case the product is different in person to expectations online. Also great authentication policy. Only complaint is that shipping was a bit slow (2 days shipping, payment processed on a Wednesday and product received the following Monday), although that is not fully within SWE control. Overall, would recommend SWE to anyone looking to make a purchase and am overall very satisfied with my experience and the profit!

Angel provided me, a first time customer, very thoughtful service. By this I mean not simply considerate service, but more important for me, analytic consideration of what I need to think about when buying a per-owned watch online and through a zoom call. She also spent a great deal of time with me examining the watch up close on the zoom call. And she walked through the SwissWatch Expo offices to give me an idea and assurance of the scope of the business. A really great experience. A short time later I sent Angel a question in an email. It turned out to be Angel’s day off and Michael called me to answer my question. I now check SwissWatch Expo’s site on a regular basis!

I was very nervous about making such a large purchase from an online dealer. Once I received it I even took it to be authenticated at our local Rolex dealer & thank goodness all clear it is authentic. It was priced great & the easiest purchase ever. Swiss Watch Expo was so incredible to work with. I was definitely hesitant to buy a Rolex online, but they helped me thru the process. We had 2 FaceTime showings or several watches. They were so prompt with all responses. I did initially choose a watch and had it delivered. However, when I received it the watch was not exactly what I wanted. No problem! We selected another watch and the return of the first one was easy. Money was refunded a day or so after receipt of the returned watch. Do not hesitate to contact them about a watch. I am not the proud owner of my dream Rolex thanks to SWE.

Good overall experience. Two things to improve upon; first, 2-day delivery actually meant five days if over the weekend - don’t order on Weds thinking it will arrive by Friday readied for a weekend event. Second point, it would be beneficial to see a photo of the watch on a wrist to get a sense of proportions- all watches seems to have the same dimensions on site.

While we did hit a few bumps in the road I worked with Ro who was so helpful, I cannot even begin to tell you how great his customer service skills are. You don't have to work with just one person, they are not commissioned so anyone is willing to help I just chose to ask for him because I had such a good experience. We ended up buying two watches and we love them so much. 10/10 recommend.

Well to be honest, I was a little skeptical. I did my research and really couldn’t find a reason not to purchase from SWE. The Rolex was just as pictured and better. We took it directly to an authorized Rolex dealer and had them adjust the band for my wife and the lady helping us made the comment of how beautiful the watch was. Well worth the money.

I've actually bought from Swisswatchexpo before. Once in person while traveling through, and then now online. I've tried grailzee.. it's just a bunch of auctions where people refuse to sell if they don't meet reserves. I tried chrono24.. all offers are non binding and I've had a seller say his photographer chipped the watch after photos.. yet he accepted my offer, let me go into escrow, and then told me of the chip and needing 6-8 weeks to send it off. Swisswatchexpo only has online what's in inventory, and the checkout is smooth and fast. After after a payment didn't go through, they called me immediately after(I inputed the wrong billing address). All around the smoothest swiss watch 2nd hand seller ive dealt with.
