Well to be honest, I was a little skeptical. I did my research and really couldn’t find a reason not to purchase from SWE. The Rolex was just as pictured and better. We took it directly to an authorized Rolex dealer and had them adjust the band for my wife and the lady helping us made the comment of how beautiful the watch was. Well worth the money.

I've actually bought from Swisswatchexpo before. Once in person while traveling through, and then now online. I've tried grailzee.. it's just a bunch of auctions where people refuse to sell if they don't meet reserves. I tried chrono24.. all offers are non binding and I've had a seller say his photographer chipped the watch after photos.. yet he accepted my offer, let me go into escrow, and then told me of the chip and needing 6-8 weeks to send it off. Swisswatchexpo only has online what's in inventory, and the checkout is smooth and fast. After after a payment didn't go through, they called me immediately after(I inputed the wrong billing address). All around the smoothest swiss watch 2nd hand seller ive dealt with.

Watch was described as mint, but the strap was very hard, worn and unusable. The cost of mailing back the watch for warranty in international markets can be very expensive and not worth it.

SWE, by all measures, it appears that the Omega, Seamaster Aqua Tera, which I recently purchased for my wife hit the mark! This watch is exactly what she has been hoping for, for over a year now. However, the suggested retail price from Omega had been pretty lofty! I was stunned when I saw this Omega, on sale from SWE, for a price that was a much below the suggested price from Omega. I called SWE and spoke to Jason, who was very helpful and even Facetimed me and gave me a personal closeup view of the timepiece. After reading the multitude of positive reviews on Yelp, I cast any doubts aside and decided to purchase the timepiece from SWE. Two days later, the Omega arrived. It was even nicer than it looked on Facetime! This Omega came with the original box and papers from Omega. To my surprise, the watch was originally purchased new, only four months prior (in December of 2023)! I don't believe that it was ever worn before it arrived at my house. Shortly thereafter, I surprised my wife (on the occasion of her new promotion), with the Rose-Colored Omega Aqua Tera, from SWE. Needless to say, she loved it! Thank you to SWE and Jason, for providing an exemplary timepiece at an unbelievable price!

I was given help at every turn when looking at buying 3 watches. I thought that I paid attention to every detail but on one of the watches the case was smaller than I thought and they pointed it out to me which saved me from a mistake (although they would have taken it back). This could have also have meant a lost sale for them, but luckily I found another watch I liked just as well. So I wired the money on Tuesday and received my watches on Thursday. It CAN work that fast! But remember, it's not their responsibility to point out every detail. Their site does a great job of listing so many details about the watch. It's up to the buyer to do your due diligence. I did not ask about the length of a watch band and ended up with a watch that was too tight. This was completely my fault though. I could have tried it on before removing the wrapping and sent it back but I didn't. I could have called them but didn't. I kept it and ended up buying a half of an oyster flex band to get one that fit. Not the easiest choice but I really wanted that watch so it was all on me. I would recommend them whole-heartedly!! Just ask questions about the band and know what size watch you are getting ESPECIALLY if this is your first watch.

⭐️ EXCELLENT experience in browsing, calling to discuss and buying two very nice pre-owned watches (Jaeger LeCoultre, Omega) from SwissWatchExpo last month. MEG was my sales representative – very professional and knowledgable about watch features and condition. Also helpful in setting up bank wire transfer process to get sizable discount on both watches. Their website descriptions, spec lists and photo galleries are very informative ... absolutely no surprises when receiving the watches, they look as if they were brand new! Definitely my "go to" place for browsing future wristwatch options! UPDATE (Apr 10, 2024) - Still feel terrific about the 2 watch brands I purchased, but recently decided to sell-back my Jaeger LeCoultre watch to SwissWatchExpo. After 3 months, I was just loving and wearing the Omega Seamaster ("James Bond" edition) far more often than the very dressy Jaeger LeCoultre watch. (I bought both watches from SWE at the same time.) The process was rather expedient and I felt the "sell back" price was reasonable. So all in all, SwissWatchExpo remains my "go to" place for shopping watches in the future.
