My experience with SwissWatchExpo was great. I found the watch I've always loved the Cartier Ballon Bleu 28mm two tone at SwissWatch. The pictures, description and details provided on the site were accurate and true to what was shown. I scheduled a Virtual Appt with Rowan "Ro" and the process was easy. From scheduling to being able to see the watch. Ro was great! He was friendly, engaging and helpful. At the end of our appointment I ordered my timepiece. I received sooner than expected and took it to Cartier for authentication. Happy to say the Cartier confirmed authenticity. I absolutely love my watch and very happy with my purchase.

Service was top shelf. I called and spoke with Jason. He was very helpful about the time piece I was looking for. He took the time to answer every question I had. He also set up a zoom call so I could see the the store and the watches' I was looking at. He went over the differences and made the decision easy for me. For safety I had to try Jomashop just to compare them to at least one competitor. I spoke to a woman who was short and cold with me over the phone from the greeting. She was rushing the entire conversation, and I felt like I was inconveniencing her. Anyways after asking multiple times, she finally said OK I'll email you some pictures of the watch. Imagine the worst fuzzy picture you could take.... that's what I got. This coupled with poor customer service I knew I wasn't giving that place my business This made my decision easy.
