My wife researched many watch companies in the U.S. and abroad. Many of the companies overseas had very delayed shipping dates from the time of purchase and even packaging, notwithstanding the fact that they are reputable companies. Within the United States the one company that stoodout was Swiss watch expo. My wife searched the website for Vacheron Constantine watches for my 65th birthday and she found one particular watch at a very fair price of $27,000.00 for a traditionelle. She was able to get on a FaceTime with Ro from the company who spent a considerable amount of time showing her every detail of the watch which was preowned but I’m immaculate condition. Comparable watches were selling for 33k-37k from other companies. The watch was purchased and shipped out within 2 days with a 2 day arrival. We were provided with a 10 day return policy from day of receipt. Upon receipt and inspection, we can only express that the watch exceeded out expectations. It is beautiful and looks brand new in the original box and with certification. We are elated and grateful, this will be my go to watch company from this point forward .

I have been extremely happy with the level of service, product selection and pricing, and after sales support offered by Swiss Watch Expo! I used the online chat when looking at a watch and immediately got a response from a real human. She took my info and said she would have an expert call me later that same day. A few hours later Michael called me and was very helpful answering all of my questions about the watch I was looking at purchasing. He took his time and didn’t make me feel rushed. Even gave me his contact info for any future questions. I completed the purchase shortly after our call and it shipped out the same day. I received it two business days later via FedEx - it was exactly as pictured and described on the website. I was able to even register it on the Cartier website. I love that SWE had already serviced the watch, so now I don’t have to worry about a costly service for a number of years. When I realized the bracelet was a bit too large, I had a local jeweler remove a link, but then it was too tight. I reached back out to Michael and he said they could order a half link from Cartier for me, so I had them do that. I’ve been incredibly impressed with the whole experience and would not hesitate to purchase another watch from SWE again in the future!

It is worth noting that in Florida--and especially South Florida--there are numerous pre-owned watch dealers with varying reputations, ranging from good or very good to poor. Given this context, the reason I have done business with SWE is that I have completed several transactions with them over the years involving various watch brands; I can therefore conclude that SWE is a reputable company that operates in good faith and offers watches in excellent condition. Their prices are non-negotiable, but they provide an SWE warranty; overall, it is a company I would recommend.

They are not the cheapest, but well worth the price. You can rest assured you are getting a legitimate timepiece, that has also been looked through and serviced if needed. Well worth the extra cost instead of going through chrono or elsewhere and not knowing what you’re getting.
