I was given help at every turn when looking at buying 3 watches. I thought that I paid attention to every detail but on one of the watches the case was smaller than I thought and they pointed it out to me which saved me from a mistake (although they would have taken it back). This could have also have meant a lost sale for them, but luckily I found another watch I liked just as well. So I wired the money on Tuesday and received my watches on Thursday. It CAN work that fast! But remember, it's not their responsibility to point out every detail. Their site does a great job of listing so many details about the watch. It's up to the buyer to do your due diligence. I did not ask about the length of a watch band and ended up with a watch that was too tight. This was completely my fault though. I could have tried it on before removing the wrapping and sent it back but I didn't. I could have called them but didn't. I kept it and ended up buying a half of an oyster flex band to get one that fit. Not the easiest choice but I really wanted that watch so it was all on me. I would recommend them whole-heartedly!! Just ask questions about the band and know what size watch you are getting ESPECIALLY if this is your first watch.

First,and foremost, the entire staff is overboard professional and personable!!!! Angel offered to try both pieces on FaceTime with me! I ordered two watches to choose from both were exactly as described and both beautiful . Michael was super helpful with the purchases. Unfortunately one had to go back. The return process is in motion now. I highly recommend this group!!!!!

⭐️ EXCELLENT experience in browsing, calling to discuss and buying two very nice pre-owned watches (Jaeger LeCoultre, Omega) from SwissWatchExpo last month. MEG was my sales representative – very professional and knowledgable about watch features and condition. Also helpful in setting up bank wire transfer process to get sizable discount on both watches. Their website descriptions, spec lists and photo galleries are very informative ... absolutely no surprises when receiving the watches, they look as if they were brand new! Definitely my "go to" place for browsing future wristwatch options! UPDATE (Apr 10, 2024) - Still feel terrific about the 2 watch brands I purchased, but recently decided to sell-back my Jaeger LeCoultre watch to SwissWatchExpo. After 3 months, I was just loving and wearing the Omega Seamaster ("James Bond" edition) far more often than the very dressy Jaeger LeCoultre watch. (I bought both watches from SWE at the same time.) The process was rather expedient and I felt the "sell back" price was reasonable. So all in all, SwissWatchExpo remains my "go to" place for shopping watches in the future.

I was in the market for a Cartier Tank Must Extra Large Automatic watch and SwissWatchExpo had one in stock. The price was one of, if not the lowest price I found on the web for a 2022 model. And, it was listed as in "Mint Condition" with box, papers and warranty card. I called them and inquired with their representative, ZUBAIR as to the condition. He assured me that the watch was in Mint Condition and that it would come in the original box and with all original papers, which from the photograph on their webpage, included the Cartier warranty card. I had noted previously that a Cartier warranty would transfer to a new owner if there was a remaining period applicable on the (two year) warranty. And if registered prior to the end of their (two year) warranty, the warranty could be extended for six additional years free of charge! Having said that, I was also covered through SwissWatchExpo's 18 month warranty. Therefore, I worked through their efficient purchase process with ZUBAIR. I found him to be a focused professional, very efficient, yet customer oriented and with a "can-do" attitude. When the watch arrived, true to his word, the watch wasn't just in Mint Condition, it was in "as New" condition. I confirmed from the warranty card that it had three months remaining on the warranty, so got on the Cartier website and successfully registered the watch for an additional six year warranty! The watch was received two days after payment and in a very protective wrapping. I WILL purchase again from SwissWatchExpo. Great Prices and Customer Service!

The online shopping experience was easy and the watch arrived as expected. The day after receipt, I called the ATL shop location (I'm local to ATL) and asked if I could come in to have a link removed. I was told someone would call me back - Never received the call. The next day I was able to make an appointment at the shop for that afternoon and a very nice man (forgot his name) helped me. All is well and I love the watch. Being local to ATL, it would be nice if one could simply stop by to look at different offerings - but was told I need to pick out three different ones and make an appointment - making the in-person shopping experience a little clunky....But overall very pleased with the purchase and would recommend Swiss Watch Expo to anyone want ing to buy a luxury watch.
