Bought my first pre-owned watch from them. Couldn’t have had a better experience. I wired the money on Monday and had the watch Thursday and I live half way across the country. I'm giving it 5 stars because of the quality of watch, the customer service repesentatives, and the fact that they held to their word about the return policy. My Rolex was a gift and I wanted to exchange it if necessary. I did exchange it and it was a very easy process! Despite the positives, getting inside this secured facility can be a hassle. My initial appointment wasn't listed, so the police guard wouldn't let me in. Some how they found me on a separate list and they apologized, but it was still inconvenient and unsettling. Although I understand the need for security, I also didn't like having a policeman escort me into the building. It's dark inside, they seat you by the door, and it doesn't feel inviting at all. Having said that, I love the watch and the people there are very friendly!

I was searching for a lady's Cartier tank watch. Swiss Watch has a great selection in my price rage and their on-line store provides excellent information about the watches for sale. The purchase was quick, simple and tracking once the watch was shipped was easy to follow. My wife was thrilled with her new watch and THAT was the whole point of the exercise.
