Spent a year trying to find a specific Rolex Datejust 31 for my wife and grudgingly decided the used market was the final option. I say grudgingly because of the fear of scams and fakes seem to dominate the industry. After much research on credible companies, I was assisted by Jenna at SWE after finding the exact watch I had been looking for. Jenna was patient and described the actual watch acurately and honestly. She walked me through the purchase and the watch arrived when and as promised. On inspection, I would say that Jenna and SWE was extremely conservative in their description of the watch... it is as good as any I would find new at the authorized dealer. The watch is perfect and my wife loves it!
