Great process for a secondary market rolex starbucks sub. I called in with some questions and then did a quick video call. I needed a specific arrival date and SWE arranged for that. The timepiece arrived in incredible condition. As you know if you are in the market for a Rolex and other desirable watches, the wait can be a lifetime from the dealer/boutiques. This was my first secondary market Rolex purchase. I envision me using SWE again and look forward to going to the brick and mortar store if I'm ever in the area.
