Let me start my review by saying I was nervous spending so much money on one watch …. I really wanted this limited edition Omega .. and was not feeling comfortable with a lot of the well know online outlets and .. the big issue not being able to walk in and see the watch … I started with a Call to SwissWatchExpo and talking with Jason … he walked me through the process .. sent me various custom videos of the watch and invited me to come see it it Atlanta ..I made an appointment with him. I flew up from Hilton Head Island with my young son who loves and owns a few luxury watches… I thought it would be a great father son experience .. and it truly was !!! The facility in Atlanta is quite unique .. in a nice neighborhood.. and very safe and secure ! Jason was awesome !!! He had pulled about 6 watches that we discussed over texts .. and they were all ready for me on my arrival ! The quality of the watches were absolutely beautiful ! I picked my Speedmaster Milano Cortina .. and he sized it for me perfectly and taught me some tips and tricks ! The transaction process was easy .. nice gift bags and boxes ! I wore the watch on the plane home !!! I’m already looking at a few more watches now .. and definitely plant it works out to purchase another from Jason ! If you are considering these guys .. you will not be disappointed !!!

I had a wonderful experience. Jason showed me the watches that I showed some interest in and added two watches he thought I may like. One of them was the Cartier Santos in titanium. It wasn't even on my radar but he showed it to me and I walked out with it that day. Great service absolutely amazing selection of watches. I'll definitely be going back there for a lot more. It was labeled as used but it seems the previous owner must have been a collector as it was unworn seemingly. Not a scratch on it. It was basically brand new. I've bought multiple watches from SWE, every time a great experience. Most recently I bought a Patek Philippe I've been wanting for 20 years. After wearing it a couple of days a mechanical issue emerged. I contacted SWE. we did some remote diagnostics and they asked me to ship the watch back to them for diagnosis and repair if needed. That process and testing to validate only took a few days and now the watch has been shipped back to me. Exquisite customer service from start to finish, highly recommend SWE!
