I was looking for a Ladies Rolex for my Partners' birthday, and SwissWatchExpo came up on my Google Search. After using their very easy website to search for the particular style I wanted, and noticing they were based close to where I lived I reached out to ask for a Store visit so I could see the watches in person. At this point I was connected with Michael, who was helpfulness and patience personified, as we narrowed down my choices to ensure my time in Store was used effectively. In the end I purchased an Anniversary Edition of a Ladies Datejust 26 Steel Yellow Gold Rolex with a Diamond Dial. My Partner loves it and hasn't stopped wearing it since I gave it to her. I would highly recommend SwissWatchExpo, they have a fantastic selection of all the premium brand watches, all meticulously checked before sale, offer a great warranty on your purchase, and Certificates of Authenticity. However what sets them apart, in my opinion, is the quality of their Team, in my case I worked with Michael, who was outstanding, but every member of the Team I interacted with, was friendly, professional and genuinely there to help you, not try to pressurize you into a purchase.

Let me start my review by saying I was nervous spending so much money on one watch …. I really wanted this limited edition Omega .. and was not feeling comfortable with a lot of the well know online outlets and .. the big issue not being able to walk in and see the watch … I started with a Call to SwissWatchExpo and talking with Jason … he walked me through the process .. sent me various custom videos of the watch and invited me to come see it it Atlanta ..I made an appointment with him. I flew up from Hilton Head Island with my young son who loves and owns a few luxury watches… I thought it would be a great father son experience .. and it truly was !!! The facility in Atlanta is quite unique .. in a nice neighborhood.. and very safe and secure ! Jason was awesome !!! He had pulled about 6 watches that we discussed over texts .. and they were all ready for me on my arrival ! The quality of the watches were absolutely beautiful ! I picked my Speedmaster Milano Cortina .. and he sized it for me perfectly and taught me some tips and tricks ! The transaction process was easy .. nice gift bags and boxes ! I wore the watch on the plane home !!! I’m already looking at a few more watches now .. and definitely plant it works out to purchase another from Jason ! If you are considering these guys .. you will not be disappointed !!!

I had a wonderful experience. Jason showed me the watches that I showed some interest in and added two watches he thought I may like. One of them was the Cartier Santos in titanium. It wasn't even on my radar but he showed it to me and I walked out with it that day. Great service absolutely amazing selection of watches. I'll definitely be going back there for a lot more. I've bought multiple watches from SWE, every time a great experience. Most recently I bought a Patek Philippe I've been wanting for 20 years. After wearing it a couple of days a mechanical issue emerged. I contacted SWE. we did some remote diagnostics and they asked me to ship the watch back to them for diagnosis and repair if needed. That process and testing to validate only took a few days and now the watch has been shipped back to me. Exquisite customer service from start to finish, highly recommend SWE!

My wife researched many watch companies in the U.S. and abroad. Many of the companies overseas had very delayed shipping dates from the time of purchase and even packaging, notwithstanding the fact that they are reputable companies. Within the United States the one company that stoodout was Swiss watch expo. My wife searched the website for Vacheron Constantine watches for my 65th birthday and she found one particular watch at a very fair price of $27,000.00 for a traditionelle. She was able to get on a FaceTime with Ro from the company who spent a considerable amount of time showing her every detail of the watch which was preowned but I’m immaculate condition. Comparable watches were selling for 33k-37k from other companies. The watch was purchased and shipped out within 2 days with a 2 day arrival. We were provided with a 10 day return policy from day of receipt. Upon receipt and inspection, we can only express that the watch exceeded out expectations. It is beautiful and looks brand new in the original box and with certification. We are elated and grateful, this will be my go to watch company from this point forward .

I have been extremely happy with the level of service, product selection and pricing, and after sales support offered by Swiss Watch Expo! I used the online chat when looking at a watch and immediately got a response from a real human. She took my info and said she would have an expert call me later that same day. A few hours later Michael called me and was very helpful answering all of my questions about the watch I was looking at purchasing. He took his time and didn’t make me feel rushed. Even gave me his contact info for any future questions. I completed the purchase shortly after our call and it shipped out the same day. I received it two business days later via FedEx - it was exactly as pictured and described on the website. I was able to even register it on the Cartier website. I love that SWE had already serviced the watch, so now I don’t have to worry about a costly service for a number of years. When I realized the bracelet was a bit too large, I had a local jeweler remove a link, but then it was too tight. I reached back out to Michael and he said they could order a half link from Cartier for me, so I had them do that. I’ve been incredibly impressed with the whole experience and would not hesitate to purchase another watch from SWE again in the future!
